想問有無人自己磨咖啡飲﹖
我發覺到處買的都是很大包﹐最細都半磅。。。
請問有無地方賣很細包的﹖
因為次次磨黎自己飲﹐飲唔晒淨返那些好容易走味﹐大家有無好方法﹖
有人教我放冰箱﹐呢個係咪惟有可以保存香味的方法呢﹖
我始終想買一些細細包的咖啡豆呀。。。

I used to deal with Bravo coffee for commercial and high grade quality coffee supplies and equipment. They supply Blenz with their equipment, you can find out and walk into the store and try things out.

Not necessary, many supermarkets/ high end food markets have coffee beans in bulk bins,
you can just buy 100 gm and up and grind to your own liking.
The one at Whole Foods are quite nice

我通常用三匙羹﹐但我發覺一隻隻牌子。。。好像今天新開的一包 (ethical bean) 就無咩味﹐可能明天要多用一點﹐下次還是買 DARK的好一點 (今次買了 MILD) 。。。

Organic beans are usually lighter in taste. However, the boldness of the coffee itself is still depends on the roasting. I use Lavazza beans and only grind as needed. Beans not grind, I will put it in the freezer in a sealed jar.

You can try JJBeans beans, they are quite good.

Home Ec teachers are the Licensed BC Teachers with degree same as High school teachers.
They teacher cookery and food safety at High schools.
They would freeze almost everything from rice, flour to rice paper.
