Just had a very unpleasant exp at this place today...
usually I don't buy food from them cuz I like to visit other places
but it's new year so the ones I buy food from usually are closed so I was going to give it a try

the lady gave me a not very friendly impression when I ordered some food and thought there was a drink
in a cold way so told me the food I ordered did not come with a drink and she told me "要等o架wo...."
so.........why not telling me before I pay my money? so this is another point deduction to me here.....

then I was going to ask the lady if I could change my lemon tea into a milk tea for the other meal that I ordered
cuz I had milk tea in mind and just somehow I accidentally said lemon tea when I was placing my order
the lady was like "你o個個咩o黎o架？"
I thought she was asking what drink did I originally ordered, I told her it was lemon tea
then she replied "唔係呀，你o個個咩o黎o架？"
I answered again, lemon tea
then she was even more 唔好老脾咁話 she was asking what meal did I order
excuse me, does it matter which meal did I order when I am just asking for a different DRINK? it just doesn't sound logical to me plus the way she asked me was extremely impolite and I do mind a lot about politeless
If you ask me, I am not those people who would get angry easily
and she did make me angry today

and, she told me my lemon tea was already made and I could not get a milk tea instead
So they are selling so many lemon tea in a day and they cannot just let it sit for a few min before the next customer who orders it?
I am totally fine if the lady told me in a more polite way
but I just had a very unhappy experience with them and I will not go there again even if other places are closed
yes I know this is a chinese place and it is a food court. I cannot expect too much from them, but they are just absolutely below average.

the skinny short lady right?
I don't like dealing with her too, but too bad the only good milk tea that's open before 8 when I go to work
she would take orders from everyone even the ones behind me before she take mine
I consider myself a regular customer coz I go there everyday even it's only $1 business
but somehow she just hates me
the way I found that pisses her the most is...
the more impolite she is, the more of a "I don't care" face to her
I don't let her make my day every morning

yeah, it's the skinny short one that made me angry
but the bigger one is not much more nicer

I would rather go for tim hortons then find milk tea later at lunch lor

it's not like I ordered mango BBT and said actually I would like to have taro BBT with coconut jelly instead

Those ladies are very famous in "black face/shtty face".
99% of the time they will give you black face.

If you like their food, go for them.
If you don't like their service, don't eat at that place.

This is the way they are doing businesses.
I stopped eating there becoz of the fuxking face they gave me. But after few weeks, I go back and eat haha

at that place you just have to know what you want b4 ordering.....

don't tell them only half the stuff that you want then stand there thinking!!!!

just know what you want and go up to them then order!!!

It wasn't like I want their food lor
I have no interest trying their food anymore
just because the ones I visit usually are closed and I already had curry kitchen earlier in the day (btw, the auntie with glasses is very very nice)

at that place you just have to know what you want b4 ordering.....

don't tell them only half the stuff that you want then stand there thinking!!!!

just know what you want and go up to them then orde ...

The short skinny lady not only gives me black face. She gave me a feeling that she doesn't care my business and DONT want me to order from them!  Even I smile to her and say Thank you everytime, instead of she says Thank you to me as I am her customer.

I am mean but its you made the mistake that order the wrong drink. if you ask them to change, the original drink would be wasted if no order order that drink very soon after your order. you know, tea (lemon tea or milk tea) will getting "old" and bitter when they just sit there and not being consumed. If they server the drink that u ordered originally to others, that customer may blame them or think that the quality of their tea is bad

but I do agree that I dont like their attitude

我日日都去, 我唔覺得有d乜喎.

我覺得啦.. 有時多人果陣真係成10杯飲野擺响度等人攞.  要轉野既話我諗都會幾亂囉.

oh yaaa that skinny lady not only black face @ her customers 24/7...shes also very mean to her staff too lol..basically everytime i go i see her XXXX-ing the people she works with lol and she thinks shes all that @.@

我通常都打電話去 order 既, 因為多人唔想等, 加上唔想見到佢西口西面....

通常佢都問我電話號碼既.....

話說我電話係...let say xxx-0068

之後佢每次見到我都叫我0068

有一次我唔記得拿背檸檬茶, 佢就好大聲話 " 阿0068, 你唔記得杯檸茶呀!!"

咁又唔好咁講，係溝通上既問題囉我覺得，佢講既野你唔明，之所以你俾唔到佢要既答案﹖我唔係話你expect好禮貌係唔岩，但係我去parker食野都食左應該起碼都有8年以上，我去得多果排佢就認得我叫聲哥仔，唔係既話佢一樣都係黑口黑臉。

係喎，佢地既野冇咩特別又唔係好食得去邊。但係起碼夠快又唔係貴，亦唔會落錯order同沖pat唔知咩俾我飲到我肚痛。或者你太斯文唔係好受得對地呢D 正宗廚房粗人態度。唔緊要啦如果真係頂唔順下次唔好去囉！

parker都仲有其他野食既！

佢唔知你咩名丫嘛，所以咪叫你0068囉！你下次話佢知你叫咩名就得！我有時都見佢叫佢D 熟客攞餐係叫名。提一提你好過佢唔出聲等你少左杯野或者要你行多轉.....
