No one mention about the Lamborghini Reventón?
That's the most expensive and rarest car in this Auto Show.作者: Lik 時間: 2010-4-5 21:43
Strange that nobody mentioned how MCL/Porsche opened up their cars at the show. They had a Cayman (S, I think), a 911 cabriolet, a Boxster, a Panamera, and a Cayenne there, and they were all opened/unlocked to the public. IIRC, they also had 3 Jaguars there, with only the most expensive one being locked up. The other two were open to the public as well. Naturally, their area was just swamped.
By comparison, BMW felt exceedingly cheap. Only a 335d, 328i, and a 135i were open and unlocked. The 5GT, X6M, 5 or 7 series, Z4, and some other cars were all locked. Even Audi only locked up their R8 and the A8 (might have been and A6). All their other cars (including an S5, I think) were open to public.
Exactly! Surprised that porsche are opened and I can sit inside the panorama. But BMW 5 series is locked?作者: cllo 時間: 2010-4-5 23:07

SMART CONSUMERS
Most consumers would go to visit the franchise dealership showrooms when they need another vehicle or to replace their existing one. You will definitely be excited by the shinny and colorful vehicles. However, this kind of excitement can always lead you to a lot of frustration.
Salespersons in the traditional franchised dealerships would try to sell you the models that they carry, no matter if it suits your needs or not. Biased information may mislead you to make purchase of a vehicle that let you experience nagging feeling of doubt and regret.
After run-arounds of different dealerships, the bargaining over price and the value of your trade-in vehicle can only make you even more frustrated. It spoils the enjoyment of a happy buying experience and yet you would still be wondering whether you got the best deal.
Although most franchised dealerships carry sizable inventory, availability is limited within one individual showroom. You may finally be persuaded and take the off color with unwanted options instead of the one that you preferred. Even worse, the equipment on the vehicle that you test drive may not be the same as the one you were convinced to purchase.
BE A SMART BUYER
Smart consumers do not only try to get the best price. It is much more important in selecting the right vehicle to suit your transportation needs and the right payment method to suit you financial planning. Proper tax planning can also save you thousands of dollars.
