OMG, i ordered a 風沙chicken wing rice noodles from them today
The chicken wings were so deep fried that I could see a lot of oil collected on the oil paper and the oil was quite brownish too....

I know oil is probably being reused
but browh oil is just a bit 過份........I had a weird feeling on my mouth afterward...
I wouldn't want to try their chicken wings again >__<

I've been there once for lunch, ordered combo of 2 choices or something with pasta, not that bad ga wor. Maybe only their oil for deep fried is a problem la. The drink is so-so too.

cuz other than spaghetti, i don't recall them having other kinds of pasta @@

Go Kingspark, quality more stable.

there are too many good fast food restaurants and they are all unique...why choose Pak X Bo?

    Maybe some people don't like "unique" food. Maybe they like HK cafe style type of food such as egg and lunch meat instant noodles, deep fried wings, Hk style french toast, etc. That's why they keep comparing Pak la bo with Kingspark and not with the burgers or shanghai dumplings in the same food court. Hope this answers your question.

For myself, I don't like HK cafe food much. But once awhile when I feel like having chicken wings. Used to order for my company from pak lai bo a long time ago. Don't like their 1000 yr old oil; all their sauces taste the same regardless if it's baked spaghetti or tomato pork chop rice; place is unclean. Used to be better when "Long hair" was the owner.

Long Hair is a good cook, but the place has always been dirty.even the  cook's white shirts turned yellow, and aprons????
