He was better than brodeur, or the other goalies like kipper, lundquist, nabakov who choked big time.

In the gold medal game he also outplayed Miller, with a 94.5% svg......

As for the olympic hangover, yea he should have gotten over it, but you do realize all the other players who played for Team Canada are not doing so well after the olympics either right?

Do you really watch hockey or is just a bandwagoner?
He has been playing poorly even since the last time he won the cup. He had a meltdown in the playoff last year..

Yea much better than luongo. Thats why he lost his starting job for team canada.

And before you pull out goalie stats for this year, keep in mind NJ plays a different hockey style than Canucks..

Finally I am not defending luongo's perfomance post olympics. He gotta step up for the playoffs..

And I already said luongo need to step up his game big time for us to go far into the playoffs.

Well .. I have been watching Hockey for yrs ...

Still Luongo and Brod are both great players, which I will say Luongo is still in very good sharp, and Brod is just "average" ( still good, but not at his peak )

However, people do look at NUMBER ..  Brod have few cups, Oly, World cup, and with many number 1 records ..

So, in General speaking, Grod and Roy are still 2 best goalies in recent history.

I know Luon plays some bad games once a while, but who doesn't?? sometimes, you need luck to be good, and good to have luck..

Look at Kipper! very great goalie, but he has some bad games ..  and sadly, with stupid teammates.

many people in canada have been watching hockey for years...

Luongo is not having a good season, esp post olympics. He needs to play solid games in the playoff for vancouver to make it far.

Then again, there are some ppl out there who can't really tell a soft goal from a goal that the goalie has very little chance on. You can't blame every goal scored on the goalie either.

Finally brodeur. he was certaintly one of the best goalies in the history of the game and will most likely be in the hall of fame. That being said, he is not the best now. Far from it actually.

Brod is (was) good, not just because how many "GREAT SAVE" he can make, but how he plays the whole game!

If just talking about GREAT SAVE, I still vote for Hasek.

BROD 係英雄遲暮
同當打嘅 LUO 相比
有啲唔公平
講到尾都係嗰句
以 LUO 而家咁嘅狀態同埋係人都知佢擋高係佢嘅弱點
捧盃未係時候
