中新網6月22日電 最近，薛凱琪被拍得於家中穿著T卹底褲的不雅照片，甚至連她母親亦深受其害，報導又指她“公主病”大發激走房祖名，分手後大受刺激的她於家中自閉。

據香港“成報”消息，薛凱琪昨日接受電話訪問時情緒平復少許，她承認早上看到該組照片，忍不住狂哭。 初時不知被偷拍，直至收到朋友短信，表示會支持她拒買該雜誌，才知被偷拍。 公司同事傳給她看後，她立即崩潰稱：“怎麼能這樣！”薛凱琪表示自己被拍就算了，想不到連母親亦被偷拍︰“有良心的人都應該知道不能牽連我媽，怎麼說都是長輩。”薛凱琪認為家中是很私隱的地方，加上家外面對著護牆，因此自己毫無防範。

薛凱琪表示自己是受害者，不想其他女藝人有同樣遭遇， 又情緒激動反問：“我是不是在家也要二十四小時拉窗簾？跟蹲監獄一樣？”

至於薛凱琪所屬的華納唱片昨日發出聲明，對事件作出嚴正聲明，並保留一切法律追究權利。

The photos were probably taken with some ging long zoom lense la. There is nothing she can do if she leaves the curtains open, and the doggie team shoots from public space. That is not considered to be illegal la.

I know it sucks when you can't enjoy a little privacy in your own home, but really, she needs to take some responsibility for dressing like that at home as well law.

I don't think there's a problem to dress like that at home.  Its her own time at home, she can wear anything, do anything she likes.

This is for the US.
You have a camera. But do you know your rights when it comes to public photography? You’ll learn them here.

Public photography is wide open
That’s the general rule. When you’re on public property (a street, sidewalk, city park, etc) you can take pictures of what you see. This means that you can also photograph private property as long as you’re not trespassing to get the shot.

Unfortunately, life is never that simple. There are a couple exceptions to the rule and other details you need to know.

Does the photo subject expect privacy?
Even on public property, you can’t photograph somebody who has a “reasonable expectation of privacy.” Basically, that means you can’t snap shots of people in the bathroom, a dressing room, or similar places. Ask yourself: “Would the average person expect privacy?” If so, don’t take a photo.

Along the same lines, don’t sneak photographs of people from bizarre angles. In essence, you can’t go around taking “up skirt” photographs. Even if you’re on the public sidewalk.

Is it a question of national security?
It was news to me, but military bases and nuclear facilities can restrict photographs – even from the outside area. Even if you’re not trespassing onto government land, taking pictures of these installations could be illegal.

Don’t even try. We’re not talking misdemeanor illegal. You might be shipped off and never seen again. Yep, crazy illegal!

Yeah, 香港的狗仔隊 are pretty low class.  They always like to capture ppl's underwear, 露bra strap, 露蔭毛, 加厘雞印,  etc etc...Stuff like that and ZOOM it super big.  So mo liu~

I agree that we should expect a certainly level of privacy in the comfort of our own homes. However, I don't believe the living / dining room is entitled to the same level of privacy we should expect in our bedrooms and especially in the washrooms.

Simply speaking, I think the living / dining room is fair game if you leave your curtains open. Is it good to have your photos taken like that? Certainly not. But hey, she is the one that did this with the open curtains. I say she gotta expect some sort of responsibility la.

Don't think what's wrong with how she's dressed for staying at home. I agree with CP and a few others "most people wear like that at home".

It's really nothing too special other than the fact that she didn't wear pants, which is quite normal around the house. Obviously not something you want to be taken pictures of. Whether there's any reasonable expectation of privacy it is up for moral and legal debates.

IMO I dun think she did anything wrong. Being a celebrity/public figure doesn't mean that you can't enjoy what the regular people enjoy in a private place like your own home. The magazine/photog might not have done anything illegal, but even so it's definately immoral. I hope people would be smart enough to recognize that instead of being naively manipulated by the media in placing blames on almost any and everybody that is already being victimized by the presses.

The bedroom is a bit of a gray area, so I am not gonna go there la.

Well .. with the quality of those pic ..  must be from a very long tele + high iso ..

Plus, can't put the blind/curtain on all the time ga la..  I do enjoy with window open, brighter, feel good, more comfy ..  of course, if only few ft away from your neighbor ..  that is different story, and bedroom/bathroom/toilet etc, then make sense to close the curtain la...

Even my parents, they open the blind/curtain all the time, but when sleeping ..

It is kind of scary nowaday, not hard to get some lens with ~ 1,000mm or longer, 3200 or 6400, even 12800 iso are decent ...

Sigh ..

I don't know. I tend to think it's not too nice for me to poke my 70-200 at 12k ISO at the window of someone's private residence. As I don't want the same happen to me either just cuz my windows is open.

Obviously the paparazzi never cares sh_t, and the average dude always think celebrity have no rights to privacy, as they don't have anybody that is a public figure as part of their group of friends or family. Regardless, none of these facts makes it a right thing to do in my moral book.

if this  so- called "不雅照" was taken in public then it makes more sense... but it was in her own private home... how 不雅 can it be? 不雅 to who? she's in a place that's private and it's a place that supposedly no one should be looking at, it's not 不雅 if no one was present.........

being in her living room in her own personal time with no other outside present is fine, if she had friends over and she did the same thing then it'd be 不雅...

Do you wear pants at home? Hong Kong weather is now hot. But at home, most people turn on the air conditioner, so it is a lot cooler. If you don't wear your pants, it is very cool.

I wouldn't think anyone is "right" to take pictures of me while I'm in my house...that's my private property! Does it matter if it is the living room or the bedroom?
