I just read that there is a Coldstone Creamery in Surrey (inside a Tim Horton's!)
Have any one seen/try it yet?

The closes Coldstone to Vancouver was Bellingham before we have this Surrey one. I personally like Coldstone MUCH MUCH more than Marble Slab.

I am biased on Cold Stone cos the few times I had it, I was on vacation..
NJ, San Jose, Seattle, Japan...etc.

Interesting...! I have a coldstone just 10-15mins away from home, but I only go few times a year with our Birthday coupon. Otherwise, I come back to Vancouver for Ice-cream instead..!

There is nothing special about Coldstone. They have stores in China.

I love coldstone! I think it taste much better than Marble Slab, and their waffle bowl or waffle cone is much better than Marble Slab too. I used to have it all the time when I visit the states. Although it is just ice cream, but then you can add a lot of stuff in it, graham pie crust, banana, oreo etc etc many many toppings to mix in.

it's not THAT good. If I can choose between cold stone and gelato in Italy, DEFINATELY gelato.
but between cold stone and mable slab, definately cold stone.

My favorite is Strawberry banana redezvous with extra extra graham pie crust keke , and chocolate devotion. SO YUMMY

Agree with bear! If comparing any ice cream stores in Vancouver vs ColdStone, definitely cold stone. But I find that cold stone in Seattle is not as crazily packed, maybe bcuz the weather in the west coast are colder, so its less popular. But when I used to work to Hawaii, the line up is always crazzzzzzzzzzy LONG. And the smell of the waffle cone, u can smell it from like 10 stores away......好香呵!
