Harper appoints former Conservative party candidate to Senate
OTTAWA — Prime Minister Stephen Harper has appointed a former Conservative party candidate to the Senate, he announced Friday.
Salma Ataullahjan will fill a vacancy in the Senate in Ontario.....
Harper has been growing too comfortable despite only receiving a second minority government from the voters. And Peter, Rocky, Soli, and Samsung listen up, because this is precisely the best part of the democracy game -- voters are free exercise their free will to punish whichever political party as they see fit. If a voter finds Harper to be tyrannical, he can exercise his ballot to VOTE HIM OUT.
Can people in Hong Kong do that? More importantly, can people in China do that?

Listen up Moron Lik.
I have been always telling I am a supporter of democracy - and being realistic about the progress of the development of democracy in China.
On the contrary, you are a die-hard supporter of fake democracy which ignores the will of people and blind yourself from the reality.
唔服氣? Stand up like a man and defend yourself, Coward Lik.作者: Lik 時間: 2010-7-11 22:21
A supporter of democracy? Realistic about the progress of democracy in China? The only support I see you lend is one for the continual and ever-lasting rule of the CPC, one country one party style.
[Rocky mode]
Answer me if you've got guts like a man. Can people in Hong Kong elect their own SAR CEO? Can people in China vote for their own leader?

Lik, face the reality.
People in China and Hong Kong have never had the right to select their own leaders in their history and that is the reality.
No matter you would admit it or not, democracy won’t just happen overnight and it will take time to be established.
You have been bashing much about CCP. Can you tell us how a democracy would be established if CCP would have been overthrown by a group of mad dog like you?
Tell us! You don’t even dare to tell people what your democracy is. Do you dare to tell us how the democracy in China would be established in your opinion?
We are all anxious to receive a powerful and convincing speech from you. Don’t disappoint us! Lik.作者: soli 時間: 2010-7-12 07:22
