隨地小便罰款250元
夜空煙花耀街頭怪尿多

【明報專訊】「一泡尿值250元？」溫市警近期接獲不少市民投訴，指有民眾觀看煙花後在市中心西端(West End)隨地小便，警方在接下來的煙花匯演及同性戀自豪周活動期間，將增派人手巡邏，嚴拿行為不檢人士，並向違例者發出一張250元罰款告票。

溫警發言人麥吉尼斯(Jana McGuinness，圖)昨日表示，市中心英吉利灣(English Bay)近期舉行煙花匯演，吸引數以萬計劃市民參觀，但一些缺乏公德心人士，竟在街上隨地小便，令到附近居民異常懊惱。

她稱，市中心未來仍有煙花匯演，周日亦舉行同性戀自豪巡遊活動，預料將有更多市民前來觀看。市中心的社區警務中心，將會出動全部職員或義工，回答市民查詢外，並加以處理相關的投訴。任何人在公眾場所隨地小便，若被警方發現，將收到一張250元罰款告票。

警方並將額外增派包括騎馬和騎電單車警員，及控制人群警員，在戴維街(Davie St.)一帶巡邏。

市中心西端居民稍早前曾要求增加警員執法，並設置更多的流動廁所，以應付市民的需要。

i did
but i never get caught

i do that everyday
and i have tons of discreet places

now that it's not raining
i might think bout the smell

it is the animal self that is in somebody
that they don't know how to use it properly

after all, i have the technique
not to leave my marks nor smell behind
unlike some kids at Empire Center

and not just me
most professional street persons
can do the same
