衛生部：市面奶粉沒有異常 (15:12)

衛生部通報指出，湖北三宗嬰幼兒單純性乳房早發育與食用聖元優博嬰幼兒乳粉沒有關連。

聲明稱，目前市場上抽檢的聖元乳粉和其他嬰幼兒乳粉激素含量沒有異常。

衛生部辦公廳副主任鄧海華說，針對媒體報道有嬰幼兒因食用聖元乳粉導致性早熟的情，衛生部委托北京市疾病預防控制中心、中國檢驗檢疫科學院等檢測機構，採用國際通行的檢測方法(《動物源食品中激素多殘留檢測方法液相色譜-質譜-質譜法》GB/T21981-2008)，對乳粉中雌激素和孕激素含量進行了平行檢測。聖元乳粉樣品來自湖北省患兒家中剩餘奶粉，以及湖北武漢和北京市場銷售的優博、優聰樣品，共計42份樣品。還抽取了國內外其他14家企業的20個品牌産品，共31份樣品。

檢測結果表明，42份聖元乳粉中未檢出己烯雌酚和醋酸甲孕酮等禁用的外源性性激素，內源性雌激素(17β-雌二醇和雌酮)和內源性孕激素(孕酮和 17α-羥孕酮)的檢出值分別為0.2-2.3μg/kg和13-72μg /kg，其中患兒家中存留樣品雌激素和孕激素檢出值分別為0.5μg/kg和33μg/kg。檢測結果符合國內外文獻報道的含量範圍。

湖北省對3例疑因食用乳粉致性早熟的病例再次會診和回訪，並檢測激素水平、骨齡等項目，未發現患兒生長發育明顯加速，僅能判斷為單純性乳房早發育，為臨脇常見病例。此外，衛生部向部分國內兒童專科醫療機構調取的就診資料顯示，近年臨脇就診的兒童性早熟病例數未見異常升高趨勢，就診的假性性早熟兒童中，純母乳喂養和人工喂養的比例基本相當。

綜合以上檢測結果和臨脇會診意見，衛生部專家組評估認為，湖北3例嬰幼兒單純性乳房早發育與食用聖元優博嬰幼兒乳粉沒有關聯，目前市場上抽檢的聖元乳粉和其他嬰幼兒乳粉激素含量沒有異常。

Do you buy this story? I'm sorry, but I am not buying it at all. Babies don't grow breasts and show other signs of puberty for no particular reason.

That's right, but with all kinds of contamination in China these days, I also don't believe baby formula powder is the culprit. Experts have already said that while melamine makes the milk look richer so it can pass the quality test, growth hormone adds absolutely no benefit and is quite costly to include.

In North America, the average age of puberty has gone down by a whole year in like 15 or 20 years. I bet the chicken you eat here has more growth hormone than those milk powder.

I would believe there's rBGH in the cows raised to produce the milk, but I don't believe they would add even more hormone in their formulas.

But China is a poor country. You can't blame them for using rBGH for stimulating growth. Not everyone can afford to consume organic food.
