問題嘅根源再明顯不過。呢個 root cause 唔解決，類似嘅事情只會不斷繼續發生。

其實世界各地都正在有天災發生, 例如巴基斯坦已經有洪水為患. 呢D 係地球暖化既結果, 無可避免地, 各種天災將會越來越多, 災情將會越來嚴重...
