Remember the Old Beijing Hot Pot at Cosmo Plaza,
they had only 2 electric fans and no AC,
In summertime, they would do 2 tables a night作者: sheep 時間: 2010-8-25 08:56

Homemade Yu Fu is one of the best item for hot pot,
but who would bother making them.
The margin on live seafood is much higher, and popular too作者: news 時間: 2010-9-3 10:14

tried their noodle division during lunch. same style as 牛仔. $7.xx for a soup noodle with two choices of foods. i chose the yu fu and cuttle fish ball. ut i only got three pieces of yu fu and ONLY ONE PIECE OF CUTTLE FISH BALL. ONLY ONE.
taste is ok, service is ok, but price is too much.
