President of Philippine and 曾蔭權 went to some Asia meeting together and discuss together in the same table. From that sense, 曾蔭權 can call directly to Philippine.

Money talks when it comes to politics. If they don't want HK gov't to discourage business w/ Philippines (Travel is gone now, labor market still stands), they better wag their tail and be obedient. Boiling negativity against HK thru the media will only hurt themselves in the end.

Maybe their PR budget was already 一早比人落曬格. Therefore, they do have any money left to seek for advice from a PR expert.

Maybe you can offer free service to them.

yes~ logically he is right
but then again~ most people with enough knowledge of world politics would know that Hong Kong is a very special place

and especially if the beijin government officials don't think it's such a big deal~ then he of all people should care enough to make it a big deal because it was a huge deal
