I  completed  many courses in Canada, but none in cooking.
I attained 1300 points in term of   Education & Leadership,
1 Bachelor degree= 40 points, you do the math.
it is certified by the Foodservice Professionals Authority
across the globe. My students are teaching professional chef training courses.
the C9 stuffs you can save it for toilet paper

28 American Hotel Association Instructor's courses.
Provincial Instructor Diploma,  HACCP ,
Sanitation Management,
Financial Accounting
Human Resources in Hospitality Industry.... lost track
Anyway, 1300 points were accepted, anyone can try,
all the info is on the web.
