richmond o既blue berries farm 收得七七八八...
今日買o左十幾磅...
又要等出年先有新鮮blue berries...

I eat them plain and make muffins with them. I also freeze those that I can't finish fresh and eat my yogurt or cereal with them. Oh! And smoothies... yum
I hope they still have some.. I need to stock up.

eat them now, and frozen the leftover...they are sweet!

Extract the juice, freeze pack them and use until next season.
Save lot of money this way

If you store them properly, 6 months.
Flash frozen them first, then put them in ziplog freezing bag or
Tupperware boxes.

blueberry farms sells boxes of frozen blueberries..down at blundell, so no need to prepare.

Some of the farms freeze the "Past the Prime" blueberries,
in their original boxes. They need to be sort out and wash
since there are rotten one and trigs, leaves among them.
They are inexpensive but you cannot use them as the
IOQ berries which are pre-sorted and washed. So be careful

It is dehydrated  sap from a certain cactus plant from Mexico.
taste like maple syrup and  very low in calorie, a very good natural
sweetener for diabete diet. I like the taste even I do not have
weight problem,  yet .

Coffee, for instant, and pancakes & French Toast, naturally; and Bubble Tea.
actually, you can use the granules for anything call for sugar.
No nasty aftertaste.

Some Chinese supermarkets i.e. Empire in Richmond,
and the China World Wholesale outlet.
the Health food stores are too expensive
