I don't know why still have many ppl talk on the phone when they drive!!!! Today weather is bad, I really hate those guy on the left lane talk on the phone and drive 30-40km.....

Yes, I HATE people talking on the phone with the phone holding in their hand while driving! In your case, it's still better than Catpiano driving @120km/hr! LOL
I understand that people might get lost and need to call someone etc. But PLEASE use any of the hands free device!!! Or just pull over to a safe spot and talk!!!

Aiya .. no law in Alberta yet ar ma .. and even drivers here are not the greatest, but still not as bad as Richmond's C9 ..

haha... good question.
there are still a lot of people speeding when they know the speed limit is 50. So... u get the idea.

I think driving fast on highway and talking on the phone is a little better than talking on the phon ...

Not quite. Drivers still need to beware of big and small animals crossing highways, and other dangerous drivers (other drivers talking on phone with the phone holding in their hands too, plus some drivers cutting lanes without shoulder checking...etc) endangering your own life. If talking on phone with it holding in hands are not a dangerous act, there wouldn't be a rule.

120km??? Now with new BC law 40+km will get your car towed if caught!!

many are commercial vehicle drivers... need to make a living ma... but they should get a blue tooth, obviously because of lazy or ignoring the law la...

Polices do whatever they want ga la no littering, no speeding, no talking on phone while during, etc. But polices do all those too! They dont' even follow the law themselves since they think they are the law enforcements. Once I saw them littering while giving out tickets, and speeding because of tim hortons. Not saying I saw them talking on the phone while driving some of you saw it too.

Talking on the phone and driving is not good but only to those who really can't multitask if you guys know what I mean. Not saying it's a good idea but I do believe there are still lots out there who can drive and talk on the phone and drive properly without speeding or under speed and being dangerous.
