We need something big "and" fast...
The new 310 has a reasonable size and speed... should do a better job!

Absolutely no problem.
He would be eager to do so if he can deal with the government for the interest of the future oil field in the ratio of 51:49.
Of course, his gets 51%...

If that's the case, he may even operate a casino on the island the next day after the announcement...

They are fast, but too small... only ranging from 300-700 tons... We need something around 2K+ tons - 4000 tons optimal, 25 knots plus...
