actually i wonder how many % of harassments in offices are reported?

最近先知道﹐原來 REPORT 無乜用﹐特別係如果 HARASSMENT 唔係直接向著你﹐比如說﹐某人口頭上性騷擾你同事﹐你聽見覺得被騷擾了﹐HR 會問你同事﹐如果她覺得無野﹐你的投訴係完全無用架

我問過律師﹐就算他直接性騷擾你﹐你也只能告到公司的 HR 那兒﹐民事訴訟是可以的﹐但花了旁大律師費都只可能得到某程度上的錢銀賠償﹐分分鐘得不償失﹐而且有 TIME FRAME﹐過了時效就告都無用

。。。真無保障呢。。。
