80後夫婦：政府畀個假希望我哋
【本報訊】置安心資助房屋計劃本為協助有意置業的夾心階層，但有打算買樓的八十後青年批評，計劃推出的單位數目太少，擔心競爭激烈，「政府好似畀個假希望我哋」，加上首批單位最快亦要到二○一四年才落成，認為「遠水難救近火」，他希望當局收緊入息上限令更多有需要的夾心階層受惠。

剛於今年中新婚的二十七歲青年梁業鵬，婚前已有意置業，無奈樓價不斷攀升令他無力買樓，早前曾申請居屋貨尾單位，但迄今仍未獲安排揀樓，估計購買合適單位的機會十分渺茫。「我同太太每月嘅總數收入二萬多元，啱啱高過公屋入息上限，私樓又買唔起，正正係高不成低不就既夾心階層。」

盼收緊入息上限
他與正懷孕的妻子現時和家人同住大埔寶雅苑一五百多呎單位，二人的房間僅六十方呎，活動空間有限。因此他考慮申請政府推出的置業計劃，但認為單位數目太少，「早前抽居屋貨尾都超額認購好多倍，反映夾心階層買樓需求大，但依家最快推出嘅首個項目得嗰一千個單位，根本止唔到渴，首批單位仲要等到二○一四年，根本遠水難救近火。」

人工少少，樓價高高！市民強烈要求復建居屋，政府視而不見，聽而不聞

Well .. at least, government is doing something la..

Don't be too greedy .. if they want to live in HK, and not willing to pay .. then live in a smaller and older apartment law .. ~ $3-4M can buy a starter unit la.. who said they have to live in newer apartment, with big and fancy club house wor ...

Or RENT law ...

受惠, 受惠, 受惠 .. just want to take benifit!! look at Canada, 受惠 their hair!!

yes, I feel that it's more pressing to help those living in cages or small rooms in Shum Shui Po than these post 80's couple.
to me, at least, they can still live in a 60 sq. ft room with their family...

其實我都唔係好明點解以前300呎住十個人，都無宜家啲人咁多complain。

I am sure .. lots of complain back then as well .. but we didn't knmow ..

PLUS .. say 20 .. or even 15 yr ago, even people in HK were poor .. and lived in small area, but when they compared to China, not bad .. but now??

no la... 細個果陣, 一家5口住o係百幾呎既廉租屋, 我地都冇投訴啦~ 有得住已經好好了, d 租仲要咁平. 我同細佬大左, 先至向房署申請調遷. 等左幾年, 直到附近既公屋建成, 而自己住既地方又話要拆, 咁先有得搬乍. 我老豆老母邊有咁多投訴丫, 有時間都搵多個錢去養家好過lu.

... 係law... 我未結婚搬出去住, 我一家4口住o係3百幾呎既地方乍...
