VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - TransLink is moving to social media to get the word out about any problems with your commute. OneCustomer will keep you in the loop and get you from point A to point B.
You register online and create a profile, including the bus routes you normally take and what time you're usually on the SkyTrain.
Alerts are then sent to your mobile device if there are any service disruptions due to bad weather or a glitch in the system.
TransLink's Drew Snider says customers can also text the five-digit bus code to 33333. "When you send a next-bus text request, you also get the most recent TransLink mobile alert, if there is one that has come up lately."
They also have an iPhone App and Twitter account.作者: Look4chrisng 時間: 2010-11-21 23:36
I rode skytrain for 3 yr lor, I think I was asked to show my ticket no more the 5 times. It is easier to get revenue to milk the paying customers than catching free riders.
