4 Comment(s) 2 Recommendation(s) VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - It seems Canadians don't have that much of a problem with pot. Half of those taking part in a poll done by Angus Reid feel marijuana should be legalized.
Support for legalization is highest in Manitoba and Saskatchewan at 61 per cent, followed by BC at 54 per cent, and Ontario at 51 per cent.
The company's Mario Canseco says there's a clear shift in how people feel about pot. "We seem to be looking at marijuana the same way we look at alcohol or even tobacco. And not in the same way we look at other drugs because of the ease we have in finding it."
In Alberta, only 45 per cent favour legalizing weed.
