TransLink restores service after delays along Expo Line

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - TransLink is experiencing delays along Expo Line between Nanaimo and Main Street stations this afternoon.
The trains are running on single-track, alternating directions, between the two stations.
Drew Snider with Translink says delays along the Expo Line are likely. "A sign somehow fell onto the guideway and got picked up by one of our trains, and then that ripped a portion of the power rail around Commercial/ Brodway station."
Snider says the problem may be fixed by the end of the Canucks game - around eight.
