Also, wondering how was the experience for those who been to the city?

I was thinking of going over to Oakland to catch a NBA game as well...but I heard lots of bums in the area?

It's better to travel there in fall or summer, as winter/spring is
their rainy seasons.

and that's why it's twice as expensive to go in the summer

fy789: i've been reading on the internet, and it sounds like the Bay Area in general has gotten worse with all sorts of crime?

Is it that bad or are people being too dramatic about it?
