兩個週前，B仔係烈文的海灣百貨公司幫朋友係NARS買咗D野。
因為某D原因用唔著，所以今天去完MARINE DRIVE買CARSEAT比愛女，就順路去OAKRIDGE度行個圈順便RETURN。
去到OAKRIDGE嘅海灣NARS COUNTER，發生了這回事：
B = B仔 S = Sales girl

B: Hi, I would like to return this (*takes out sealed item with receipt*). Decided on another gift for the holidays.

S: (Looks at receipt) But you bought it at Richmond Centre... we suggest you go back to Richmond

B: (呆一呆，O 嘴，新年流流，諗住婉轉D NICE D啦）Ohh... is it a new rule?

S: haha... No... But we suggest you take it back to them

B: (少少興）So I can't return it here?

S: haha... yes... you can. But since they provided you service, you should go back to them

B: (心諗，你唔X係丫化）But I thought we could go to any B** to return items. Is it a NEW POLICY???

S: No, but if you return it here, it will be deducted from this counter location, that's why you should go back to Richmond... Do you live in Richmond?

B: (真係呆X咗。就算係，咁關顧客咩事？？X～！你咁耍我，我耍返你）No, I don't live in Richmond
B:（咁啱HUNNIE行過嚟，我就同HUNNIE講）吓。。。要渣返落RICHMOND"咁"遠呀~~

S:（聽到我同HUNNIE講廣東話，佢就話）咁呀，我幫你RETURN啦～

B: thank you~~ （其實都好很興）

之後，我比我張VISA佢RETURN返比我啦，點知。。。
喇，你話我小人之心，咩都好啦，唔知點解，我張卡不停咁彈，個TERMINAL話MAGNETIC ERROR！！！！佢不停試，部機不停嘟～嘟完佢係度按BUTTON，我咪想GUP吓佢按咩，係真係唔WORK，定係佢耍我。不過BUTTON太細，我GUP唔到～

S: Have you had any problems with this card before?

B: （心諗：X～！）No, I never had any problems with this Visa

HUNNIE: 不如用我張啦？

B：唔得呀，我用呢張付款，一定要RETURN返ON THIS CARD

S: （插極我張卡都唔得）不如你試吓

B: (我SWIPE咗兩次唔得，S同我講我張卡有CHIP，係要插。妖～我冇理佢，你蝦我未用過TERMINAL咩？係SWIPE咗先插卡嘅） Why don't I take it to the customer service counter to return?

S: (可能聽到我咁講，佢拗底掛？）No, it's ok, they will just send you back down here

B: （哈！唔知點解，第三次即寫APPROVED！）Oh, it's approved!

S: EEE。。。係喎。Can you sign this?

B: (signed the return receipt) Thank you~~

S: Oh, Can I have your name & phone #?

B: （你又想點呀？張RETURN單都冇叫填，只有簽名位）Ok, My name is B仔, 778-***-**** (諗諗吓，我都唔好執輸，套佢個名出嚟，萬一有需要，我PORT鬼佢）Thanks again, 你點稱呼呀？

S:

My name is *****!

B: Thanks *****!

真係。。。。。。。廢是新年流流搵佢嚟開年！妖～！

插 card 既... 好似真係唔使 swipe 喎..

WELL，咁嗰陣我公司嗰部係SWIPE完，等佢叫插，先插架嘛～

ANYWAYS。。。真係比條女吹到啤一聲囉。

哈哈~~ 佢係咪趕住收工定係驚唔夠 quota, 幫左你慌死 miss 左其他客呀~~

Well, she has her reason too gei .. at least, she was reasonable polite to you ar ..

If the credit machine has chip function, no swipe is necessary at all.

I used to operate those machine once in a while, sometimes it drives me crazy when you swiped the client's card a few times and kept getting error message. I was so worrying the client thought I was doing try to steal their card info or doing something bad

But this is totally out of the employee's control.

i thought Oakridge's has the best service, I guess i am wrong then...
