大陸近排都成日出去派錢, 比d 美國佬又有冇所謂.

a country's image is not built on something as simple as a commercial. it's from what the gov does and what the people do. the same amt of $, if spent on teaching chinese citizens to line up for things properly, to not spit on the street, to not pee/poo on the street, is more effective lor....

You are right, and western countries have a lot to learn from China.

What western countries and Japan have been doing are definitely embarrassing. Look at the economic and political mess that western countries have created. Look a how China is supporting and providing stability to the world.

When people in China line up at the subway or highspeed railway, they are more orderly than the messy north Americans. Millions of Chinese line up orderly before boarding the subway and highspeed trains.

Spitting on the streets is popular in Europe, while pee on the street is popular in Japan.

There is little pushing if at all, even in crowded subway stations, unless inconsiderate people like you are blocking everybody else for no reason.

What's the point of arguing on semantics? What Fibbi meant is clear enough -- even if a large number of people show any sense of civility, an even larger number are completely uncivilized in their everyday manners.

That is not true at all. The vast majority of the Chinese people are showing sense of civility. That is why in China, the subway and train stations are so orderly. The same cannot be said about North American stations.
