今日打去問o下refund policy, 我用credit card 比o左$200 (包括$138 sofa bed + hst + delivery fee),個sales 話係final sale,無得退,講o下講o下話可以比20% restocking fee, 我問佢係$138 o既20%,佢話係成張單o既20%. 張單只係話20% restocking fee of shipped item, 何況本來係下星期六收貨,甘本未ship. 我想問清楚佢點解件貨都未送貨,要我o係送貨錢度加20%? 佢好惡咁話一定係$200 o既20%,跟住cut 我線.
我再打返去o既時候要求同manager 講o野,佢話佢係store manager, 我話我只係想問清楚d restocking fee,佢問我做乜要退貨,我話我發現o左另一間鋪路有一張好d,佢話呢個係我o既問題,restocking fee 一定係$40, 又cut 我線
第三次打去,佢聽電話,我問佢叫咩名,佢問我點解要知,我話我要寫compliant letter, 佢話聽日manager 先返,要complain 聽日再打過 (頭先又話自己係store manager...) 我再問多一次佢咩名,佢唔肯講,仲話有咩事叫我go to court
嬲都爆炸,寫o左信去head office,同埋fax 去呢間store,仲有o係佢o地個facebook 度post o左封信
依家唔係嬲果$40 o既問題,係嬲個服務差到咁....

They are very well known with bad service ga wor.... I even heard a story about getting sth delivered that is different from what was seen in the show room...

Try Mobler next time la. Price is reasonable and not a bad store...

Of course they bet you won't go to court la. And in fact go to court is too much hassle in this case. The better alternative is, to widely spread the word out! Try S.U.C.C.E.S.S., B.B.B, seek help from Ming Pao and Sing Tao, Richmond Review, ... any media could be more powerful.

今日打o左去card center, card center 話無o野可以做到.
琴晚send o左complaint letter 去佢o地head office, fax 一個copy 去間store, 同埋o係佢個facebook 度post 封信出o黎,今朝有人打比我,話淨係收20% on $138 = $27.6 而唔係收 $138+delivery+hst o既20%, 好晦氣咁叫我星期一拎返張單去.
我唔知其他store o既policy 係點,但係o係個delivery fee 同hst 上面計restocking fee,對我o黎講我唔合理.其實一開始我只係想打去問o下o野,無諗到佢o既態度會咁差,嬲到我要投訴...張sofa bed 係一d 問題都無,問題係佢o地o既customer services...結果我去另一間o野買sofa bed,計埋個restocking fee 我比多o左少少錢,但係好過我以後每次見到張JR sofa bed 都唔開心...

JR出名系黑点，我向好多论坛都睇过投诉他的，你先买个138 的野算小儿科啦

果日去ikea 睇完,d 送貨時間唔o岩,又無得hold 住件貨,咪諗住過隔離街睇o下lor.點知就出事~
