扶貧水庫「豆腐渣」 未蓄水已裂開

【明報專訊】雲南一個新建的縣級水庫涉嫌是「豆腐渣工程」，完工不足3個月，還未開始蓄水壩基就已開裂，最寬的裂紋可以伸進一隻手。水庫目前無法使用，當局正調查是否施工環節出現問題。

最寬裂縫可放進手掌

昆明《都市時報》報道，位於祿勸縣的小水庫是由扶貧辦提供資金修建，用來調節村裏的農耕用水短缺問題。水庫只有20多米寬，約30米長、6米深，建好後可蓄水2000立方米。水庫所在地尼都村有近200畝農田，歷年來缺水灌溉。村民說，聽說修水庫蓄水方便灌溉農田，村民還出工幫忙揹沙、揹水泥。可水庫還沒蓄水，壩基上就出現裂縫，又沒有防護措施，村裏的小孩、牲口都會從這裏過，人們覺得很不安全。

村幹部稱，施工者在12月底已全部撤出，出現裂痕估計是當時壩基的泥土沒有壓緊，下雨後泥土出現沉降造成。對於壩基上出現的裂痕，村委會將找工人來敲開裂縫，重新注入水泥漿，進行加固。另外，由於當初設計水庫時沒有考慮保護措施，村委會將在水庫周圍增設欄杆，並設置標語，提醒村民注意安全。

This time I don't think it's 豆腐渣... I believe it's mostly regarded to utilizing the wrong construciton process and procedure... As mentioned in the article, I agree with their preliminary assumption that the soil is not well consolidated...

It's lucky the leak shows before the dam starts filing with water, otherwise the result can be catastrophic...

唔係偷工減料，係施工／設計錯誤，　條壩塌ｏ左咪一樣會死人，　真材實料咁建造小學雞設計／監工ｏ既水壩，承建商無責任咩？　呢Ｄ係咪應該叫人渣工程／腦殘建設？
