新华网东京3月14日电(记者冯武勇)中国政府提供的首批援助物资14日晚抵达日本东京，并将连夜被运送至日本东北部地震海啸重灾区宫城县。

　　日本当地时间20时46分，从中国上海起飞的搭载首批近百吨援助物资的包机抵达东京羽田机场。这批物资包括12人用帐篷、6人用帐篷、毛巾被、手提应急灯等灾区急需物资。

　　中国驻日大使馆公使吕克俭和日本外务省亚洲大洋洲局日中经济室室长古谷德郎在机场签字换文，完成物资交接。

　　吕克俭说，中方十分关切日本地震海啸灾情，衷心祝愿日本灾区人民能够克服种种困难，重建家园。古谷告诉新华社记者，非常感谢中方的支援，现在灾区非常需要帐篷、应急灯等物资。

　　中国商务部消息说，为支持日本政府和人民抗震救灾，中国政府将向日本政府提供3000万元人民币的紧急人道主义援助物资。

　　日本东北部海域11日发生里氏9.0级大地震并引发海啸。日本警察厅14日说，截至当地时间16时，大地震及其引发的海啸已造成1833人死亡、2369人失踪。

It is already 低調. Your comment is unnecessary. It is not about 望報 or not. Countries are just helping each other during crisis.

During the Sichuan earthquake, many countries also sent some supplies to China. So this is just normal cooperation among countries.
