在女川町遇險的部份中國女工昨日返回大連，與家人重聚。新華社

大地震時正在日本女川町一家水產公司實習的 20名中國女工，近日返國後對中央電視台憶述遇險經過，指海嘯到來時，是公司老闆的弟弟佐藤充救了她們，但他自己最後卻被海嘯吞沒。佐藤充捨身救中國人的故事，成為內地媒體近日熱門話題。

哥哥不提弟弟遇難

女工提供的片段顯示佐藤充（右圖）消失在汪洋前一剎。電視畫面

「要不是他的幫助，我們早沒了！」獲救的中國女工韓麗敏和叢偉表示，地震後她們逃出宿舍，這時佐藤充跑過來，邊喊「海嘯來了」，邊帶她們跑到山上避難。安頓好她們，他又下山看有無其他人，未幾海嘯捲到，佐藤充被困屋頂。其間，女工們用手機拍下他在屋頂被海水包圍的最後瞬間。
女工們含淚表示，她們隨後又得到公司老闆、佐藤充哥哥佐藤仁的幫助，讓她們度過災後幾日，最後順利回國。但當女工所屬的中方公司致電佐藤仁時，他卻對自己弟弟救人遇難隻字不提，只向中方報告「你們的人都很安全」。中央電視台

IT'S A SUPER BIG DEAL AS JAPS NEVER STOP DISCRIMINATING OTHER ASIANS,
LET ALONE SACRIFICING ONESELF TO SAVE 20 CHINESE WOMEN.

I agreed this is a good start, but consider the >30 millions Chinese
killed in WWII China battles and three generations of Chinese suffering
from poverty even until now, not to mention being discrminated
by their own "high level Hong Kong Chinese comrades here", it just too
little too late.

BTW, until today, Japs still has NO REMORSE on their WWII
brutality/atrocity and still occupy Chinese territories such as
DiaoYu and Ryuku Islands !!!!!!!

It's just the same as one beat his/her dog 100 times, and then
give out a bone afterwards. He/she is still commiting animal cruelty.

是旦台啲新聞係咁易參考吓就可以，但千其要記住佢成個新聞部嘅報導取向，因為有好多重要嘅事，佢阿頭花仔偉都會定調咁來選擇性報導，又或者完全唔報。

生果報亦一樣，日月報就更係明扮知識份子報，但實際上亦只會就住咁來報導某一類嘅事情。而文匯、大公呢啲垃圾報就更加唔使睇。

The way TVB describes this news is pretty much same as what Apple Daily describes as Gaga posted here. I still would say it's pretty neutral for this one.

It isn't just the way the news reporter reports on the news. In terms of the actual reporting and delivery, the front line TVB crew are almost always extremely professional. But the mere fact that certain pieces of news got reported while others are (intentionally) left out is indicative of the CCTVB news' upper management's bias and self censorship.

As an aside, Fruit Daily's reporting, esp with their 生果動新聞, is notorious in its reporting style and completely unprofessional. The re-created animations often borders on perverting the course of justice, and the background music is almost always meant to stir up the viewers' emotions instead of simply presenting the unbiased facts on the news item.

Well, I didn't read a lot of the Apple daily news so I can't comment. But in terms of this particular news, I believed TVB is pretty neutral.

For daily news, I read MingPao most of the time. It may not be the best but certainly more neutral than others (not too left or right).
