事發响前日（4.19.2011）約下午二時

我同老婆: 「唔該一碗豬排擔擔麵、一碗香妃雞湯米，同三只風沙雞翼吖。」

疑似老板娘: 「冇晒香妃雞嘞。」

「咁唔該有冇鹽焗雞呀？」

「都冇嘞！」

「.... 咁有啲乜嘢雞呀？」（因為老婆想食雞）

「貴妃雞啦！」

「咁好吖，就改貴妃雞湯米啦唔該。」（雖然唔知香妃同貴妃有乜分別）

咁我哋就响佢前面第二張枱坐低咗嘞。點知冇幾耐....

「冇晒米粉喎，改河粉啦！」（佢又知我哋唔介意食河粉？）

「吓？！咁有冇米線呀？」

「都冇嘞！」

「....咁唔該俾返錢我啦，可唔可以乜都唔要呀？」（已經越嚟越嬲，乜鬼都話冇，但係除咗佢，得間齋舖，冇第三間開門）

「梗係唔得啦！其他嘢炸咗啦嘛！最多俾返個米粉錢你啦！」（嘩！乜嘢態度？！）

（真係俾啲錢過嚟...）

我哋心諗，咁點呀大佬？（佢係女人嚟）

咁我哋問：「你早啲出聲咁我哋咪全部都唔要囉....」

「我知嘅就一早講啦！做生意，你估我玩嘅咩！」

「唔係妳玩，係我哋俾妳玩啫！」（今次我哋真係慶嘞！於是唔再出聲，响舖前幫佢影靚相，諗住即刻擺佢上網...）

佢見狀有啲驚，就話嘞：「等陣啦，宜家淥米粉俾你嘞。」

心諗： "WTF?...." 咁我好驚訝咁問佢：「宜家淥？！？！」（咁即係本來有米粉，不過唔想做？唔明！）

跟住佢話：「係呀，你俾返啲錢我啦！」

之後等咗好一陣，碗米粉嚟到仲有只蚊滋送添！

我哋同佢投訴都費事，成件事就係咁嘞。

唉，依間係怪怪地......

記得N咁多年前我都有幫襯佢o架
但後尾有次我地明明叫咗個大o既韭菜豬紅大腸兼比埋錢
佢o個次無啦啦比咗個細我地
之後就笑笑口懶係唔好意思話大同細其實差唔多，同埋因為阿廚咁o岩心情唔靚喎

從此我地就再無幫襯lu

咁因為個大碗來貨比細碗貴，之後又要用多啲洗潔清去洗，用大碗裝啲嘢食賣相又靚啲，所以加起嚟要收貴啲，又好似幾合理喎...... LOL

Somebody said the food there is OK-ly good so we thought we could give it a try. Honestly, we're not looking for professional etiquette of any kind since it's just a food court booth, the little bug in the bowl we can also accepted it as an accident that out of the control of the restaurant (it's just a "bonus" on top of the fire), even they have no chicken and rice noodles/vermicelli noodles we want, we won't blame them much cuz it might be supply shortage or they really sold out that fast before early afternoon. But fair enough, what made us on fire was that lady's super impolite and rude attitude and manner, that's way below average of any food court we've been.

食food court 無問題wor,唔洗比稅(時代坊除外)唔洗比tips,食完就閃~
我鐘意去金鐘廊同時代坊food court 多d,多d o野揀
太古個food court 好似好靜咁,d o野又唔係咁o岩我食

睇你同老闆既對話,感覺到佢唔識做生意.同埋對話有問題.無乜野貨應該主動話比人聽,同埋推介人地可以食d乜.比個idea個客,唔係個客問你一句你就答一句.

唐人food court, 我多數去金鐘廊, 貪佢有位泊車, 同埋d o野o岩自己食 (大家樂d 旦年治ok o架, $4.25 包o野飲)
時代坊food court 都ok, 風沙雞翼隔離果檔粥面鋪,每日有幾款特價o野賣$5, 質素ok, 有收據...可以行埋daiso
帝國中心food court 都幾多o野揀, 以前o係金鐘廊果間雞飯搬o左去帝國,迷你size o岩人個女仔食 $4.5, 果間快餐車都幾好食, 燒味檔d 尌油雞飯都係 $5.5, 仲有砵仔糕賣, 超正
parker place food court 好少去, 好難泊車, 同埋我食過樂口福o既小強羅宋湯, 好耐好耐都唔敢去
想食焗飯就會去yohan 新世紀
有時想食o下burrito 就會去lansdowne mall food court
諗o黎諗去,都唔會去被遺忘o既太古food court

小強 could be everywhere in restaurant,
sometime between the cabbage leaves.
Quite often the veggies are not wash properly(If washing at all)
then you may have 小強 in your soup, or other dishes
