If this "潮州菜" restaurant is trying to do as traditional type.... guarantee won't work or fold fast unless fution or mixed...... There's no REAL TYPE of "潮州菜" can survive in CANADA for long cause NO FRESH traditional sourse of material to make the dish but just frozen

以前在fraser街有間不起眼的牛肉麵店, 老闆是潮州菜高手, 知內情的會定枱吃潮菜, 試過未?
我就食過多次, 感覺良好,
蘭桂坊現在的潮菜就是這位張老闆.

I suspect that too... Same as the one down in Steveston in the middle of no where.
I personally didn't like the Fraser St restaurant that much... I liked the one in W. Van!! Have no idea where that chef is now.

    I've tried, the male server is the same as the one I went before they change hand.
But, why they have separate bill for western food and Chiu Chow food?

We saw the same lady boss there. Now with the new Chiu Chow partner.

You need to pre-order for the Chiu Chow dishes.
We took a look at the Chiu Chow menu. They have set menus for 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 people.

We didn't pre-order, so we could just order from the 蘭桂坊 fusion menu which is the same as before.
