話說我係barnet hwy 開緊大約90km/h.....
渣渣下我見到對面有架police...咁我就慢番80km/h 到啦~

過左3-4 min, 果架police car係我後面出現同埋siren....
我好唔知做咩咁停俾佢啦，
佢行埋黎話我行106....我話，how do you test my speed then?
佢話佢係對面線渣緊既時侯test 到我個speed係106, 所以佢先uturn 捉我！
我心諗，唔係掛！！！你係"對面" + "渣緊車"， 用正常physic common sense, 你用相反方向既速度加埋我既速度，你測試既速度係唔係有咁正確?！！！
我話我swear真係無渣過106咁快喎！佢話"Don't swear to me, go dispute if you want."
我真係好嬲囉。。。
你地覺得呢?

Did you tell this logic to that cop, and ask him to show you evidence (record of your speed at 106) right at the moment? But anyways, dispute it and complain him tim la!

right!!! i should have asked him for evidence...  too bad i didn't ask for it... i will dispute it for sure..
but by the time when i attend the hearing. if the cop show up... should I say guilty or not guilty and fight for it?

dispute it, go to these traffic court a few times to rehearse yourself,
know when is your time to ask questions. That is very important, once u passed that time u can never ask again while in court.
raise doubt, was the traffic heavy, ask why he didnt elect to pull you over right away?
All he need is to turn on the light bar and make a U turn.
Waited 3-4 mins thats a long time, is there a concrete divider?
sometimes they may not attend becoz his evidence is thin too.
Can your car possibly go 106 km? and the part of hwy there safe enuf to go that fast?

Yes there is,, he has to go along quite far until he can hit any traffic light.

that hwy is possible to go 106 i believe.... since the traffic wasnt that busy at that time..

and my frd told me to point out that how can he be CERTAIN that the speeding car that he saw is the one he catch after few minutes? with the divider... it is not possible to see  the license plate clearly especially on a hwy speed.
