looking at job search engine from monster, workopolis.....their job posting seems to be from same companies over and over again. And they dont seem to want to hire fresh graduates with not much experience -__-lll

Are there any other good job search website? looking for marketing or design related work.

i think most sites are the same. it's all spammed by the same recruiting agencies with the exact same job postings. sometimes it's a waste of time going through them

I found bcjobs.ca seems to be less spammed by agents

For fresh grad, I recommend you to go to various universities and check their job posting bulletin. Since they will have the job posting from company that targets to hire fresh grad. Most job search engines are for people with at least 1-2 years of experiences.

So, you post your resume online?
how about the 'objective' on resume...what do you write? If I'm looking for work in different fields (eg) marketing or design

You can create 2 resume with different objectives and title.......... my tip is change or alter your resume a little bit once awhile. I notice that right after I alter my resume, I will get calls.
