This is a very good example of how difficult to rule China, a country
of >13B people in which there are a lot of extremists. Not to mention
many renegade Chinese overseas such as those in HK and overseas,
including some big ones here, who have unrealistic
expectations of mainlanders and the government of China.
All these HK anti-mainlander mentality will further aggravate
the distance between the two groups of Chinese.

If 共產黨 find it "difficult to rule China", then let someone else do it. They have been in power since 1 Oct 1949. It is not today suddenly we have 13B people.

In HK, money is what most people only care about. The reason they hate the gov is because they don't make enough money. If everyone in HK makes $100K USD a year, they don't fxxking care who's in charge or whether there's democracy. But ironically, it's this desire and lust towards money which gradually killed HK.
