近日晌 Richmond Acura 買咗駕二手車，Sales 佬 Steve Cheung 落足嘴頭話駕車有幾好幾safe,又做晒Safety Check.....結果問題多多，打俾sales 時就推三推四。結果揸出所謂嘅safety check 完全冇晌Richmond Acura 做過！同佢經理 Michael Chan 交涉時態度極之差。。買車人仕要小心被褊

But..............I found their service department is the best I tried so far.
I tried Lougheed, Burrard and Richmond.
Richmond's service department treated me like a "customer" at all time...

樓主所說的問題，是該車行的生意手法，買的時候咩都得，比左錢之後有問題就咩都唔得。 不負責任係好多賣車佬既通病，咁多年從來無進步過。
在下試過買部二手coupe ，本來想買standard，該車行只得一部auto , 個 sales 猛落咀頭，話standard 比人玩到殘，又話家陣無人咁cheap 買standard..... OK 聽佢講，買左之後兩個月，唔太中意，賣返比佢(同一個sales)，佢又同我講另一套，話呢種車人人都搵standard ，auto 無人要唔值錢......
在下比較極端，有女都唔比佢嫁賣車佬.

Service department is all good but those sales is typical Honger, no customer skill at all, just BS

Last time when I test drive a TSX from Steve, he is very annoying and keep pushing me to purchase it...I received bad attitude after i said "May I ask you few more question?" it's just piss me off and I refuse to purchase it in Richmond location.
