No, you cannot. Canadians need passports to enter the US (PR card, citizenship, land paper, driver license do not work). Since you are holding HK passport, you will need to apply for US Visa first, then you can use that to enter.
In addition to the US Visa, upon first time entry, they will ask you to go to their office and take your fingerprints, photo, iris and set you up a RFID decal. This process will cost you and you need to pay cash for that.
After all that are done, you will be able to enter the US with your HK Passport + US Visa + the RFID decal.
