It's was actually a mix. The foods are mostly taking with my Panasonic G3 with the 20mm. The Land/Cityscape show are mostly done with the 60D.

My younger brother is currently working in Beijing, I told him what I was interested to do, and he provided me with the suggestions of where to go, etc..! He drove us around for couple of days where we have to go to those hard to find restaurants, etc.

We ate alot, but didn't gain weight. I think it's because we did lots of walking...! miles and miles...!!!

The hotpot restaurant my brother took me to was totally awesome.

The wait is about an hour. During that wait, there is a sitting area where you can play some board games, serve with free soy milk and snacks to help you kill time.

There are many kind of saurce to pick for you own mix, then when you order the ramen noodle, the have the guy making the noodle at your table.

Seriously? I haven't read National Geographics in years but this is definitely not the type of photos I remember seeing on their magazine.

Maybe you were thinking of Condé Nast Traveler magazine. National Geographics is much more than just travelling (at least that's what I remembered) unless they have gone downhill in recent years.
