*If taught without appropriate guildlines*

mmm... I actually enjoyed watching it. Considering it represented something to be said in the 70's.
btw... I think if your kid is old enough to enter into 大学! S/he isn't so dumb.
They need to look at everything with an open mind.

Where is the problem here? What brothers you in the video?

Women's Studies are the best classes you can take in a University, except Burnham Young.

心志未成熟 and in university?

sounds like the typical shxt post 90 generation

superb video anyway
really enjoyed it

oh
and if the kid is still 心志未成熟 at university age
the parents are the guilty party
not the teachers

In high school may be not as good...in University...come on...
there are many things way worse than this I think...just watch movies...

Not sure if this may help you:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semiotics_of_the_Kitchen

But you can also view it in your own way.
I like some of her gentle and then vigorous handling of the utensils.

Reminds me some of Pina Bausch's dance pieces. (few modern dance choreographer that I can named)

My view is rather simple. To me it's just a nice demonstration of how various kitchen pieces can be used in ways that nobody would think of. It's just outward thinking.

he he thanks for all your support

as in right now i am on academic probation

mainly due to that course full of marxism

[& me rejecting their materials]

i suppose it took me months of reading to get to the point in which i actually interpreted the stabbing motions in that video into sth bad. as in homicidal/manslaughter kind of suggestion [with all the Marxism in my brain at the moment I was watching it]

i prefer to live in reality in which no one is entitled to harm any individual nor induce any bodily ... harm. and when a person [in a video broadcasted in a lecture hall] was swinging a knife in stabbing gestures with an unidentifiable facial expression as opposed to many of our chinese martial artists professionally handling all kinds of weapons with faces & bodies full of grace ...

but that i kind of expressed already in my school's moodle site but not quite to the face of my prof & my TA. they might have more right than i am in that manner with regard to their 'teaching' position plus i paid them to teach me in a way so. for me in reality i do not need another movie or video game to give me a portal to unfold my potentials nor possibilities as in where [else] should i be in this world [exclusively for living out my fantasy i rely on myself & me only to think of what is otherwise impossible to be done] [and I am saying that only for those who choose to live in virtual reality & separate yourself into an out-of-the-mind person] [a person not welcomed in real so to speak]

maybe this is where i draw the line. i've been, and was able to, living in that fantasy world for a long long time to [be able to] see if there is a tiny bit of [error] as in making a suggestion to another human of wrong [from right] that being said only under circumstances when an individual's life is threatened or with substantial concern of his/her safety or under the threat to be raped as in women's case [or men included] should one draw a weapon for self-protection purpose imo

[again these thoughts were all in response to my class material to balance out my brain] that together with my other classmates who saw that artist swinging the knife as a joke. mainly because they are 心志未成熟 and so am I 尤其係我, 應該咁講 when I opened up to learn. but hey thanks ya'll for all your responses. it helps.

as in the field of art, there are many others conceptual/performance artist eg chris burden who does things with physical bodies [not that i will recommend for any of you] & there is an artist from mainland china who allegedly used human fetus in his art [and FBI was after his s in 2001] the art world has a wide opened ... unlimited ... really broad ... space if you need it. but as an artist / student [so called if necessary][self proclaimed] with some art education [mostly forgotten] i would recommend nothing for nobody to try as new. not sure if my words mean anything at all but i see you guys as the 局外人 [compared to me as the 當事人] and i am not going to appeal for my grades due to ... my brain situation ... rather get some icecream etc by all means i do [try to] respect all schools of thoughts as in the same as our hundred schools of thoughts 諸子百家 too bad my brain seems a bit congested if not in chaos. already. TTYL

and not sure if by me splitting my brain apart into all these fragments is any healthy but that seems necessary. i just needed to know but obviously i don't. crossing my finger everything turns out alright at the end for everyone esp me

in short, i think it is a killing in disguise for the audience's appeal. maybe it was right in 1975 with the feminist movement. no matter how poetic or artistic it was. i am seeing this because i am under the influence of their Marxists' thinking. better stop now or i will 洗版 if i carry on.

I had the same impression 3 seconds into the film. I think it's a mind opening reminder to all of us that kitchen utensils can be used in violent or unconventional ways. My initial thought was that this was a response to domestic violence or rapes on women. Maybe that wasn't the original intent but it's a good clip.

在下孤漏寡聞所以係度查緊咩係躂皮和MK仔是指什麼人 i assume the term refers to young ppl hanging out at Mong Kok with a certain set of distinctive characters
