Thank you!

Chocolates will do.
When my daughter was born, I bought a box of chocolates for the nurses that took care of us.

Chocolate is good but don't go cheap on it. Try a specialty shop like Thomas Haas and choose as many varieties as possible as they may have different tastes among their team. Tell the shop that it's for someone important and have them gift wrap it nicely. Don't give generic chocolates - show your appreciation with good taste!

I highly suggest getting two: one for the team and one for the doctor (separate bags). Most if not all the time, the doctor would just share the box of chocolates with the team during clinic hour (aka the doctor will end up with none when he/she is off). Have a extra box for the doctor to take home to his/her family would be nice.

I think all of your suggestions are excellent...thanks.
But if I am on a kinda tight budget?...
