Not sure why I missed this. Those photos are interesting. I like some to the compostion and ideas, yet.. some of them seems to be over-process digitally.

well
how much over is over?
just like all your 5dm3 shots look utterly over-processed to me
but certainly they don't look over to you.

It's ok, just my personal opinion.
When it comes to HDR, I like images still look nature to the eyes vs extremely saturated. As for my 5dm3, many of them don't have any manual processing done, so not sure what you are talking about...! Maybe copy one of my image and share your with us what looks to be over process from you, so that I can learn =D

If this had no manual processing done, then your camera must be broken.

Pic# 5 with all those boats..! The color satuation is way up.
Pic# 6, Gas town, where the light pole is over-exposed to the point they becomes a distraction.
Pic#7, the yellow flowers are in the same way, just totally over-exposed.
The very last picture, interesting, but something just doesn't look right to me. (I think it's the lag of sharpness)
There are a couple of pictures that I like, but definitely not ones I metion above.

Some but not all. And this is not manually process by hand, it's a build in feature with the camera. Honestly, this is about as far as I would push on HDR.
You are a expereince photographer, so you probably know a photo with saturation way up high beyond certain piont, then you start to loss details. That's what you see on Pic#5 (Boat Pictures)

Forgot to mention, alot of it's enhancement was do to a good Polization Filter in morning hours where you can effectively cut down the amount of glare and reflection from the water and leafs

well
the green on the left looks like a big smudgy mess that is hand painted with brush
the leaves at the top where they meet the sky are also like artifacts

again I have no interest in technical details
i only use two words to describe a shot when it comes to post-processing - "Graphic design" and "Photograph"

You made it sounds like those are simple 2 words from your dictionary, but that's probably not true., since in your mind you are thinking about digital processing, which essetially require some understanding on the technical, and you can't deny that's what we are deailing with in our digital age.
The second you save you image to sRGB or whatever format you are in. You are already making a decision with those technical details too.
BTW, here is a copy of Raw > Jpgs w/o the 5Dm3 HDR Process. 5Dm3 is the 1st Canon DSLR which comes with HDR feature, so it brings extra potential to photography - I am a newbie on this, but I am mostly seeking it's ability to capture extra dynamic range just like one of the reason people like medium format digital camera where it capture extra DR.

Much better than the HDR version. Obviously the HDR process was designed to fool noobs. My friend wanted to buy the 5dm3 because of the HDR mode. He's probably glad now that he didn't.

I just let the scanner make all the decisions. I just use their auto mode. I do not deny that these technical details are here in the digital age, but I simply have no interest to deal with them. I am more interested in conceptualizing and thinking about the next shoot.
And Since I have photoshoots almost every week, if I had to spend all this time doing post-processing, I probably need to hire some guy in China to do it for me.

Nah.. it would be a bad choice to buy the 5dm3 for HDR.
Like I always tell my others. You should buy knowing what's lagging from your existing equipment, and those lag of feature are preventing you to do what you want to do.
Yet, I think HDR is sort of fun as long as I don't have to manually process them. One area I see where the build in HDR can be good is for realtors taking pictures. The combation of High ISO IQ plus handheld HDR combination for their needs
The 2 big things for me is AF and the ability to prgram the top wheel for aperture adjustment in both M and A mode. A good saving from 1Dsm3 for both weight and cost. Yet an upgrade from my 5dm2 which I hardly used.

Good wor .. build in HDR from 5D3 .. I don't know how to do HDR .. so build in feature is good .. I think I think that feature in my Sony DSLR .. but I don't use those Sony SLR much .. {:7_128:}
Um.. I think BH still no stock .. and I think they don't ship to Hotel as well .. {:7_118:}
