Cos there was a Bubble Waffle Redpocket coupon available not long ago...
But this current one is on Westminster hwy...
Is that allowed? There is no copyright or business licensing/registration conflict?

Can you get a refund? I think Groupon allows that if it's within a day of purchase.

They may think it's the "other" bubble waffle. May be you should get them aware that it's a different restaurant.
Trick is.. the coupon is very similar to the one they offered before with the original bubble waffle.... so most ppl may think it's the same... and will complain...

My friend asked if they are the same restaurant on their Facebook page and they already deleted the post today.....

This is not the real Bubble Waffle.
If you have bought this deal, you can email RedPocket for a refund if it is not used. I have dealt with Red Pocket before and they will return email in a day.
I confirmed with the owner, he said the one on No.3 and Westminster is a fake, even the front store sign says "One Heart Garden". Legal action is already taken place for this incident.
On the side note, there will be a new Bubble Waffle opening in Richmond Public Market soon, opening date will be announced later on.

when they became 一心 (now they call themselves 雞蛋仔), their quality is pretty bad, the 雞蛋仔 is oily, i never had an oily 雞蛋仔 before, so i never return
looks like they know that so that they try to trick ppl to go now
