尋日新聞賣加拿大衛生局已經宣佈禁止零售商賣含有BPA (七號膠)的膠奶樽，今日我去 Zellers 同 Toys R Us，Avent 等膠樽全部收晒無得賣。

Zeller 既 Evenflo 牌玻璃樽賣得七七八八，Toys R Us都好多人買玻璃樽。雖然 Evenflo 只係三個幾一個，但係我都選擇比多Ｄ錢買一盒兩個既 Dr. Browns.

我係屋企用開奶袋，不過出街奶樽比較放便Ｄ，兩個 Dr. Browns 奶樽都夠用，價錢都只係貴過 Avent 膠樽個幾兩蚊左右。

依家Ｄ細路真係經貴。

my sister has been using glass bottle for feeding (sub occasionally for breast feeding) my niece since day 1. I was so glad to find out when I visited them.

glass bottles are sooooo much better. don't know why they disappeared in the market.

it was tough to find .. we found ours in the Japanese deparment stores in HK.

for all of your information...
Number 7 at the recycle symbol is not necessary has BPA

Class 7 is labeled "OTHER".. other uncommon plastic material

luckily my son is using gerber...the one with the least leaks and no leaks during room temperature...
don't think i'll be switching bottles on him since he'll be quitting the bottle soon

and we never heat the bottles (or boil them) either..so...we're lucky

but....BPA is in EVERYTHING. the report even said BPA is in the liners of formula cans..so...it's pretty hard to prevent 100% exposure.

You're right #7 doesn't necessarily mean it contains BPA but BPA (a type of polycarbonate plastic) is under this category. So if it's #7, there's a chance that it has BPA. Since you don't know what's in it, it's safer to avoid.

Baby on Board still have glass bottles in Richmond Centre. I bought couple from them already last week.

glass bottles are kind of dangerous to use, until i see something like this.
