Not sure if this is the same thing, but here in the US, Home Depot plus many other places have a model ike this for around $2xx- http://www.google.com/shopping/p ... nUS517&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&biw=1920&bih=974&sa=X&ei=TJd4UZeaG6ScjALc14DYDg&ved=0CHYQ8wIwAQ作者: ACC-HE 時間: 2013-4-24 22:01

Does the Breville Smart oven also have steaming function? I thought it is just an oven. Forum Home wares used to have Panasonic steam oven 2 years ago for close to to $500 a piece.作者: satoshi 時間: 2013-4-29 22:11
it's a convection oven. definitely the best oven in its price range.作者: pkphilip 時間: 2013-4-29 22:36
I can get the Smart Oven at cost from work, it is about $200.
The Panasonic Steam Microwave is discontinued a few years ago, so the Sharp model is the most comparable.
Since I don't think there is one piece of appliance that will do everything, I may just go for the Breville Smart Oven for baking, toasting, and general oven use; plus getting the AX-1000 as a Microwave, steaming and grilling. I wonder if it's possible to steam a fish to the way Chinese like them.. lol...
That's what I thought. Magic Chef from USA makes a very good steam injet oven, little pricy thou. I work with German Rational Self Cooking System(Combi Oven) that would replace many commercial cooking equipment ---Steamer, oven, convection oven, deepfryer, brasier, and grill. Too bad it is only designed for commercial use. $18,000 for base model. Many Chinese restaurants including Kirin and T & T utilize it for steaming and BBQ meat. 作者: somewhereintime 時間: 2013-4-30 06:21
