they got some job posting for accountant or HR jobs for tech companies

Go to TnT and submit your resume. They are always looking for people.

I think by reference is the most effective way.

If you want a reteller job, just go to the mall, they always post "looking to hire" sign at door.

starbucks lor.......... seems like a lot of starbucks are hiring now. There's no special method or tricks to look for retail jobs. Just prepare a lot of resume, go to one of the malls and hand resume to all the shops.

If you are interested in admin/office job, you can post your resume to recuiting companies like Adecco or Miles. You can work as on-call once they hire you. However, I'm not sure how often you will get calls. You should be able to find a lot temp openings at monster.ca

As for jobs.gc.ca, you may give it a try. However, a lot of companies post their ad on the site only to fullfill the fair policy (or equal opportunity, whatever it's called, but you know what I mean). By law, when there's an job opening, the company cannot hire internally only. They have to post the job opening in public so that other people will have a chance to apply. So a lot of companies post the job postings on jobs.gc.ca just 做樣. Most of the time, they have already had a destinated canidate.

no skill for the game testing job
all u have to do is playing the same game all year long

Many places are accepting people with no experience. What kind of job do you like to do? Office work? retail sales? Door-to-Door Sales? Waitress?
