I usually took it to "golden eagle" dry clean just right across richmond public market. there's a plaza on west minster hwy, where "jim jai gay" is.
it's relatively cheaper than other places.
for jacket that is not too 'dirty', I just use "dryel" kit myself to dry clean. but down jacket for sure need to take to laundry place. http://dryel.com/
