i dont really understand why people actually dont know what those statements mean...especially the younger generation...when almost all kids in hk go to forums (so they should know what 潛水 means)...and you dont really need to play video games to know what 屈機 means cuz people use "屈" all the time (you get 99% of the meaning as long as you see "屈")

見鬼勿Ｏ嘴 is even more simple...its just logical deduction...what will your expression be if you see something really scary? (and the poster is about a Halloween event...which makes the meaning even more obvious)

the others...you can see them/hear them in hk everyday in the media

i agree that its not a good idea to put these into exams...but i really find it weird that some of the younger generation in hk actually dont know these words when the media is full of them...i suppose these students actually know them...and they just want to make a fuss out of it

潛水同屈機一定唔係"年青人"既用語! 小弟十年前讀U既時候已經識呢兩個terms. 只係估唔到而家d人竟然會覺得呢兩個terms係"潮語", 小弟覺得呢兩個terms已經好out了...
至於"O嘴", 小弟讀書既時候真係未聽過, 出左黎社會做野就更加接觸唔到. 小弟係以為"O嘴"==劈大口得個窿乍...

when I first learn the term"屈機", it was back in the street figher 2 generation.(i think that should be 1991) those jab-jab-throw combination or some other combo that the opponent has no chance to fight back.

when i was working in hk couple years ago, my colleague always use the term 屈機 to refer to situation when the boss/supervisor dump us jobs that leave us no time to finish...
