Thank God I finally found a nice chinese home daycare a few blocks away from my house. This lady studied ECE and CPR but she didn't register because she doesn't want to take care of 7 kids and so she could only take 3 max. It just happened that one of the kids she is taking care now will leave at the end of this month and I called at the right time. wow..home daycare for $900 is quite expensive! Even in yaletown, registered daycare centers are only charging about $1050 a month...
did you consider dropping off your baby in a daycare close to your work place? So you can drop off before work and pick up afterwards...and you can drop by if any emergencies arise or during lunch hour..作者: 華美子 時間: 2008-6-9 18:58
Yes, I can claim it in tax return, that's what the caretaker told me.
kaimui22, the problem is I am looking for another job now, so I don't know where I'll be end up working. The good thing about the richmond home daycare is that either me or my husband can pick my daughter up. Even if both of us are not available, my sister and my close friends are all in Richmond.
