我的車前幾天被撞到... 我想找人修... 有沒有人知道哪裡的車廠修的好, 價位又ok的...

Did u report to ICBC? If your car got hit, isn't it the other side that will be concern on the 價位? Just find one with very good craftsmanship. Because if the repair isn't done right, it will affect your car's value.

sigh...so many LYK's car got hit, one yesterday, then there was derek128's and my other friend's last sat (not sure his screen name here)

Grand City the Richmond shop. They are not bad at all. I used to go there.

Also Park Collision from No. 3. Just right opposite from the Richmond Pro badminton center. they are not bad....ask for Andrew when you get there...he's the owner.

maybe i am the only one got bad experinece at grand city?! 有時想起也有點嬲..之前my car got hit and run,又唔知去邊到fix好,就去左grand city richmond...點之after i took it home, i found out my car在路上會發出一Ｄnot normal嘅聲,even as a girl i know nothing about car, i can still sense there are problems, then i called Grand city and told them about it, they asked me to bring it back and drove it a bit and said nothing was wrong...but i insisted they check it again, coz' i didn't feel safe driving it around...經過好多次要求,佢好唔願意話如果我唔信佢,佢可以take my car to a dealership and check it...但我唔明點解佢唔俾我去自己vancouver嗰間,一定要佢"幫"我took it to the dealership in richmond...so...as i expected, the report shown no problem whatsoever, and he even told me the mechanic said it is normal for my mazda3(this model) to have noises...???? i was so upset, i took this back to my dealership in vancouver and demand a second check, and their findings were totally opposite, they said my cars has so many problems...but since my car was still under warranty they fixed those for me....i understand they were busy and ppl made mistakes, but i was not trying to blame anyone...if they admitted there was something wrong and took it back and fix it..i won't have this bad memory stuck with me until now...

But... isn't Grand City a body shop.... may be they are not very flexible and you end up wasting time getting it checked at mazda dealership in richmond...

well i don't know, the only fact i know is that the report from richmond mazda service department was totally diff from mazda service at vancouver.

well it's just like my friend's experience at Automind in RMD, Autowest referred them there and turned out the car wasn't even repaired properly...

chocolatebean: reason why RMD grand city will ask u to send the car back to RMD mazda is usually because they have hook up in nearby dealership for discount?! cuz they might encounter jobs like "resetting air bag lights" or whatever that they will take a car to a dealership nearby...since they have to pay out of their own pocket to get sth fixed, of course they still want to save some money if possible; founding the problem or not might not be grand city's problem, it could also be mazda's problem...

i have a friend who brought his car into automind vancouver for a front end accident, car was in the shop for 3 months, 1/2 of the time was waiting for parts; turned out he had the car back for a day and it has to tow back to the shop as it was low in transmission fluid (possibly a leak), he drove from van to rmd then when he got to bby the car wouldn't shift...checked AT fluid level there was nth, put in about 3L and the car runs again and before he arrives coquitlam the car broke down; turned out there was no fluid in transfer case? that was a 3 months old car as far as i remember...
