(星島日報報道)一段用手機拍攝懷疑強姦短片，近日在手機網絡流傳，片中可見一名穿着食肆員工制服少女，疑被數名男同事施暴，警方商業罪案調查科科技罪案組，接獲市民舉報展開調查，昨日分別在沙田及大埔，拘捕三名涉嫌強姦的青年帶署助查，並正聯絡女事主了解案情。

　　警方發言人證實，有人發現一段懷疑涉及強姦成分的手機短片向警方報案，商業罪案調查科科技罪案組經調查後，昨日採取行動，先在沙田拘捕兩名分別十六及十七歲青少年，至晚上再在大埔拘捕另一名十九歲青年帶署助查。

　　警聯絡女事主了解案情

　　三名被捕青少年，今晨仍被扣留助查，警方懷疑三人涉及一宗強姦案，同時聯絡手機短片中女事主，以了解案情，不排除稍後會落案檢控涉案者。

　　該段手機短片最近被人轉移到網上散發，片長約兩分鐘，看過短片網民稱，片中只有兩男一女入鏡，他們穿着類似一家食肆員工制服，樣貌清晰可見，拍攝背景看似寫字樓或休息室，兩男子脫衣，並脫光少女衣服，一前一後向少女施暴，受害女事主數度掙扎及叫不要，畫面令人感到不安，其間更有一把女子聲說「打九九九」報警。

　　手機傳淫照屬違法

　　有法律界人士稱，在互聯網或手機發放淫褻照片或影片，均屬違法，自年初疑似藝人裸照事件後，再無人敢用互聯網發送照片，若用手機傳送，只要警方透過手機號碼及網絡供應商，便能查出發送者，將其緝拿歸案。本報記

Heard this news some time ago...and people who saw the clip said that it's more like a "planned sex movie" rather than a rape...I haven't seen it myself so I don't know...

(香港新浪網)一段少女疑被強姦的短片，在網上及手機廣泛流傳，更成為多個網上討論區的「熱門話題」。警方接報後展開調查，迅速拘捕3名涉嫌強姦的青年，被捕三名男子年齡分別16、17和19歲，各人涉嫌強姦，目前被扣留調查。

疑似強姦犯虔誠基督徒

短片一出，各界嘩然，報章更以頭條報導，事態嚴重。本網於下午收到一批照片，是其中兩名「疑似強姦犯」的生活照，其中戴眼鏡的青年，與短片中從後緊箍少女的男子，樣貌極為相似。而另一名與少女合照的男子(註：該少女並不是受害者)，則疑為持機拍攝者。據事發店員(吉野家員工)消息透露，片中從後緊箍少女的四眼男子姓梁，今年17歲，就讀彩虹村天主教英文中學，是應屆會考生。除此以外，他更是一名的基督徒，所屬教會為樂富永光堂。而該批照片，其後亦於網上發放。

網民：「個個做晒活塞男」

網民的反應十分強烈，各大討論均是置頂的熱爆話題，而三名被捕的疑犯，更是被狠批得體無完膚。有人說要他們做活塞男，亦有人要求該連鎖快餐店召開記招，正視問題。

以下為部分網民留言：

「唔知吉吉家公司點跟呢單野呢..？希望吉吉家開個記招正視問題」

「女受害者都好慘，希望社工盡快同佢輔導，令佢快d走出陰影」

受害人掙扎呼救
涉案段短片長1分48秒，相信是由手機拍攝，畫面中兩男一女身穿某吉野家連鎖快餐店員工制服，背景有電腦及貨物，女方疑遭兩名男子強暴。女子不時遮掩樣貌及避開鏡頭，而男子則上身赤裸。片中曾傳出女聲說「打999」，但隨即被喝止說「唔好」。

警方現時已就事件作出調查，並分別拘捕3名16至19歲男子，案件仍在調查中。本網記者曾聯絡警察公共關係科，以核實進一步資料，惜截稿前仍未回覆。

after some searching......finally saw it....
but....sorry to say....i dun think that was rape....and didnt even LOOKED like rape....
the girl even complained that the guy broke her bra......
i mean....if someone is being raped...why da heck would u still care about ur BRA ? -___-

就當呢個case唔係強姦, 班友仔都低能架, 有乜好影呀? 睇得雜交AV太多?...
而家電腦既科技非常先進, 你影低呢d 野就預左有機會比人拎到, 果 risk 好大, 就算係男女朋友都唔好搞d 咁既野.

haha in the same way
if it WAS rape..then why the hell would they record it?
So they could produce evidence against themselves?
If it was rape, the video is more beneficial to the girl rather than the boys

I don't think it's rape either because of the bra thing
and she doesn't fight back at all
like she just sits there covering her face letting them do her
If it was rape the normal thing to do is try to fight them off no matter how much strength it takes

I don't think you need to shout 'help' to make it a rape, if the girl did not want that sex at that moment, it is a rape.
