nine west shoes are mostly over 50% off compared to canada
n clothes in banana republic are a lot cheaper too

With the dollar going for 1.17 (mid-market rate), it's really not worth it to go unless you really need something.

Working at retail for so many years now, the best time to shop is after christmas.

It is ok for me ..

not just outlet .. but Seattle .. NO TAX at all anyway ..

No State Tax .. No Duty .. No PST .. No GST ...

There is State Tax in Seattle wor... some where like 8.9%?
Portland is no sales tax...

That is why I said .. for me la.. I am albertian ar ma .. We dont pay state tax in Washington state .. and no PST ..

(however, we pay much higher property tax, higher monthly bill .. and almost everything is more expensive here .. so .. break even la...

Yeah .. some "fixed" price items .. such as Mac, DSLR, Rolex .... etc .. I dont mind to buy for my Van friends..and just bring over to them as I go Van 3-4 times a yr anyway ... (and go Seattle with them, in order to save all taxes.. duty .. )

Too bad, I can't pay porperty tax, water and power bill from BC to my home ..

I forgot to mention that BR factory store is not the same as BR retail.
BR factory store is more like Gap.

well still... i can get the same pair of nine west shoes in the outlet for about 60% off, sometimes even cheaper with the buy one get one 50% off
i've worked at nine west before, n even with my discount its still not as cheap!
